What shipping carriers do you use?
Igor & James® provides worldwide shipping through: PostNL, DPD and DHL EXPRESS
For international shipments we partnered up with DHL Express to take care of your order, for fast en reliable shipments. This is including the On Demand Delivery service.
Once your order will be shipped you receive a notification of DHL EXPRESS ON DEMAND DELIVERY (DHL ODD) ODD will email and/or SMS you about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, this 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your delivery.

– Deliver my Package on Another Day: Scheduled Delivery
– Deliver my Package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family

What are the shipping delivery times?
Shipping in the Netherlands can take up to 1-2 working days.
It can take up to 3-5 working days to receive your package in Europe.
If you choose DHL Express to take care of your orde all orders throughout Europe will be delivered next day.
Shipments to US will take up to 2-4 days. The rest of the world will be delivered in 4-6 days.
This is including the On Demand Delivery service.
I didn’t receive my order tracking number?
Please contact our Customer Service by e-mail: support@igorjames.com and we will provide you a new tracking number and check out where the procedure went wrong.
Once your order will be shipped you receive a notification of DHL EXPRESS ON DEMAND DELIVERY (DHL ODD) Or DPD.
You will receive an e-mail and SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time and the possibility to adjust it to your needs.
Note: Therefore, its necessary to insert the right e-mail address and mobile phone number in the checkout.

For orders shipped outside of the Netherlands, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can when you meet the following requirements / rules:
Returning
1.1. Items must be returned within 60 days from the day you’ve received your order, transit times not included within this time.
1.2. Items must be sent back with a returns form including your order information, without the returns form we cannot identify the customer and not give a refund.

1.3. Items can be changed for a different item of the same amount as your purchase, otherwise you will be refunded and need to place a new order.
1.4. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
1.5. Returns can take up to 10 working days to process
1.6. Any items purchased on Sale can only be returned for a like-for-like product.
1.7. If the item you have requested in exchange is unavailable, a refund will be processed
1.8. Shipping cost are non-refundable
1.9. The returned parcel is the customers responsibility up until Igor & James has acknowledged that the package has been received into our warehouse.
Item condition
2.1. Items must be unworn, unwashed with labels, in its original package (no distinct odours, signs of wear etc.) – if the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you.
2.2. Underwear or socks for hygiene reasons cannot be returned, no exceptions made.
2.3. Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in, there will be no refund.
Do you offer free returns?
At the moment we do not offer any free returns.
How do I return my order?
Please send us an email that you would like to return/exchange your purchase. Add your order number and we will reply with a return label.
Please print and fill out the return form. You can download it here.
Please include all details requested on the return form, especially your order number which was provided on your confirmation email following the completion of your order.
To take advantage of your rights under our return policy, you must:

How do I make a purchase?
Check out the webshop to make a purchase. Select your favourite item, the right size and add your order to the cart. If you are ready to purchase, select proceed to checkout. Then you should enter your details, unless you already have an account, and choose the shipping- and payment method.
Can I use my discount on Sale items?
No, the discount coupon does not work on items that are in the Sale.
When putting Sale and non Sale items in you’re shopping cart, it’s still possible to use the discount coupon. It will then only take the discount of the non Sale items.
I haven’t received a confirmation mail.
Please send an email to: support@igorjames.com and ask for your confirmation mail. We will send the confirmation mail as soon as possible.
My discount coupon code is not working.
Please check if you inserted the discount coupon code correctly.
It’s highly case-sensitive! If the discount coupon code is still not working, please contact us at: support@igorjames.com.

I forgot my password! What should I do?
If you forget your account password, click on the “Forgot Your Password” link.
You will be sent an email with a temporary password. It is recommended to change your temporary password after logging into your account.
