Returning:

1.1. Items must be returned within 60 days of receiving your order. Shipping and transit times are not included in this period.

1.2.Items must be returned with a completed return form, either included in the package or submitted online via our return portal. Returns without a completed return form will not be processed.

1.3. Items may be exchanged for a different item of equal value.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued and a new order must be placed.

1.4. All returned items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

1.5. Processing a return may take up to 14 business days after receipt.

1.6. Items purchased during a Sale may only be returned for a like-for-like product. Refunds are not available for Sale items.

1.7. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

1.8. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1.9. The returned parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until Igor & James has confirmed receipt at our warehouse.

1.10. If a return label provided via our return portal is used, a €5.00 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.

Item Condition:

2.1. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original labels attached, and returned in the original packaging. Items showing clear signs of wear, damage, or distinct odors will not be accepted. If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you.

2.2. For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made.

2.3. Items covered in human or animal hair will not be accepted. If any returned item breaches the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item to you in the same condition in which it was received. No refund will be issued.

What Happens After We Receive Your Return:

3.1. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be registered and inspected to ensure it complies with our return policy.

3.2. After successful inspection and approval, one of the following actions will be taken:

- an exchange will be processed and shipped, or

- a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3.3. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been fully processed.

3.4. Processing a return may take up to 14 business days from the date the returned items are received at our warehouse.

3.5. Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned items. Returns will not be processed until the items have been received, inspected, and approved by Igor & James.
