Yes, the size chart lists the tank top as true to size. Tank tops come in S to XL. Measure your chest around the fullest part, just below your arms, and compare it with the chest and length on the size chart, which gives both measurements per size.
How do I wash a cotton tank top?
Wash it with like colours and don't tumble dry it; that is the care instruction on the tank top. With 95% cotton, skipping the dryer helps it keep its length and shape.
